Erica's primary interest is in the human scale of every design decision, focusing her work on the pedestrian’s and occupant’s relationship to large scale architectural interventions. She is fascinated by the balance of iconic and functional design, bringing her experience working on both the design side and the developer side of the practice. Having taken projects from concept to occupancy, Erica has insight into the development processes from all angles. Her dynamic approach to design is reflected by her passions outside of the firm, diversely engaging in visual arts, hand balancing and teaching yoga.
