Lois O’Connell

Lois has over 15 years of experience in complex financial roles within the engineering and construction industries. She joined GPA in 2015 as Finance Manager and was promoted to Finance Director and Associate in 2019, bringing her expertise and rigor to ensuring the financial health of GPA. Lois relishes in the creative aspect of implementing new processes and systems, whilst bringing meticulous attention to detail in financial reporting, project planning, and budgeting.

She is inspired by ‘people-first’ accounting where she manages the sale of talent and design, rather than the product. As Finance Director, she is currently working on redesigning GPA’s financial infrastructure by implementing new accounting software, while concurrently pursuing her CPA designation. Working closely with the partners and administrative team to develop high-level growth initiatives for the firm, Lois is an indelible fixture to the community and culture of GPA.
