Ralph Giannone Speaks at the 2025 International CTBUH Conference

On Tuesday October 7th, Founding Principal Ralph Giannone sat alongside Tom Giancos of KingSett Capital, Gordon Gill of Adrian Smith + Gordon Gill Architecture, and Sami Kazemi of BDP Quadrangle in the CTBUH Toronto panel discussion Reframing Heritage: Bringing Verticality into Yonge Street.

This panel, moderated by Nasim Adab of the City of Toronto Planning Department, brought together leading architects and developers to examine how they are navigating the complex challenge of introducing new towers into a historic urban fabric. The conversation highlighted the role of heritage integration in contemporary development, the shifting expectations of cities and communities, and how density can be shaped to respect the past while building for the future.
