The Whitfield and Adagio are Both Finalists for BILD Awards!

Delighted that two of our Toronto towers, Adagio at 771 Yonge Street, and The Whitfield at 176 Front Street E., are finalists in the 2026 Building Industry and Land Development Association (BILD) Awards!

Both projects are nominated in the Best High-Rise Building Design category—meaning GPA accounts for half of the shortlisted contenders.

Additionally, The Whitfield has been nominated for Project of the Year – Mid/High-Rise, and is automatically entered into the People’s Choice Award.

Voting for the BILD Awards People’s Choice Award ends May 13th.
