Andria Vacca is a Senior Associate equipped with over 20 years of award-winning industry experience. Raised in the GTA, Andria earned her Honours Bachelor of Architecture degree from the University of Toronto, where she was awarded the silver medal for design excellence from the Royal Institute of Canada. Since joining GPA in 2008, her expertise across a range of design typologies has allowed her to lead diverse teams on many iconic GPA projects. Clients have come to rely on her holistic understanding across all phases of design and construction, particularly in hospitality- highlighted by her contributions to Terroni Bar Centrale, Terroni Price Street, WVRST Union Station, Market & Co. at Upper Canada Mall, and The Well Market Hall.
Most recently, Andria was the Associate in charge of two landmark hospitality projects at GPA: STOCK T.C, a food market and restaurant concept in Toronto’s midtown; and The Royal Hotel, a 30,000 sq.ft. boutique hotel and heritage property in Prince Edward County. Currently, she oversees an exciting new winery in Prince Edward County, the redevelopment of Dixie Mall, 2400 Dundas St. W., and several specialized retail projects at Bayview Village and 2 Tecumseth Street. She is currently applying her unique approach to an institutional setting with the new Gathering Hub for Western University.
