Iris studied at the University of Waterloo to obtain both her Bachelor of Architectural Studies and her Master of Architecture. She is intrigued by how architecture can enable people to create memories and activate cultural phenomena, ritual, and celebration. She is fascinated by Toronto’s growing urban fabric and is eager to create meaningful architecture that makes an impact on the ways in which space is occupied by the public. She enjoys spending time outdoors, hiking, as well as, watching movies and playing chess.
