Min Woo Kim

As a Team Leader, Min is involved in all facets of design at GPA, overseeing mixed-use density building from the schematic design phase to working drawings. Min Prioritizes collaboration to fulfill a balance of density, value, and community benefits throughout his scope of work. Since joining the team, he has brought creative solutions for complex projects including Brightwater, Golden Mile Phase 1 (Block F), 321 Davenport, 771 Yonge, 176 Front and 218 Dundas.
Min has an interdisciplinary background, holding a BA in Architecture and East Asian Studies, as well as a Master of Architecture from the University of Toronto. His interest in architecture is driven by the fusion of engineering and aesthetics and is a key asset in the technically creative work GPA produces.
