Writer Giulia Marcucci for DHD Magazine, describes Fabbrica as “a new restaurant in Toronto, in the Don Mills district, created for the famous Canadian chef Mark McKewan by the design and architecture studio Giannone Petricone Associates. Its name is Italian for factory and this new building expresses the idea of a modern production facility for the processing and transformation of food, in addition to being inspired by an enchanting old-style advertising billboard, strictly Made in Italy which depicts a factory in Turin.”
