“Part of the architectural process was about knowing that Pina, Ralph, and staff would guide it through restraint. In the Instagram era, there’s so much visual nonsense coming a client’s way and while we always dreamt of an ultra-modern glassy house, we had also admired this historic house for so long. The result is the best of both, without compromise. Two hundred years from now, you’ll still be able to clearly identify the layers of history, where 1828 ends and where 2025 begins.” — Jody Cash, Client
