The Royal has been selected as a Silver Winner in the STAY category in the IFI GAP Awards. Awarded to those contributing at the highest level to raising the bar of design innovation and excellence through their built work.

By the international jury nominated to select the most outstanding work from those projects entered
into the IFI Design Distinction Awards in 2024, as part of the IFI Global Awards Program.
