“Toronto’s STOCK T.C is a new three-floor gastronomic emporium by Giannone Petricone Associates (GPA) celebrating the beauty of food. With each level contributing to a compelling story, the site is an astounding example of architectural narrative and has been entered into two categories at this year’s Restaurant & Bar Design Awards. From the beginning, STOCK T.C was conceived to be a joyful theatre of food. To reflect the powerful progression of food “from raw to refined”, GPA created the concept of having each level in STOCK T.C represent a different step in this process.”
